I´m drawing Guts from the well known Manga called Berserk. I really love the drawing style of Berserk and it has obviously influenced my artstyle a lot. I drew this picture without any reference just by memory... that´s why it might look different to the original Berserker Armor
This picture took me 5,5 hours.

Dude, I'm speechless. You have complete control over your lines, shapes, perspective, anatomy, etc. You have mastered it all. I love the small details, especially how we can see Guts's left eye inside the helmet, from the open mouth. This is some insane talent level. Congrats bro ❤

It's crazy to think such drawings all start up from nothing, scratches and light shapes. And it end up being masterpiece. You even made shadows and contrast, with reflection etc with the one same pen.

Bro if it takes this guy 5 and a half hours to draw an artistic rendition of ONE PANEL. Imagine how much Kentaro Miura had to go through to make Berserk. He had to 1. come up with the image in his head. Then DRAW IT knowing DAMN WELL if it didn't look satisfactory, he'd be fucked and have to try again.

To improve your darwing skillz and set your own artstyle is a very long journey of practice. I'm doing that for nearly 25 years now. That's why I reached that level. If you keep on drawing and practiceing, you will automatically get better and better. Just stay motivated and focus on your own little goals
