In my opinion, interior architecture is the best of both worlds, architecture and art.

That last piece is really something special.

I'm imagining Peter in a life drawing class. Everybody sitting around, loosely sketching with charcoal, and Peter's over there with a fountain pen, tightly drawing the model in his amorphous, blobular anatomical style.

I'm a unc-g grad. Your drawing skills are enviable. Pictures just suddenly emerge from the ink. Remarkable talent.

Hey Peter I've also done my studies in Environmental Design as well and I can say it has quickly become my life's passion. I also loved art and design but architecture is on a different level. Good luck with the Semester! I had an acquaintance who did Architecture and she wanted to design buildings and spaces with the core of accessibility in mind. Will be curious to hear what you learn on how to make accessible architecture in the future!

When you draw do you have references in front of you where you can look at easily for inspiration? Or do you think about scenery and things you saw in real life and use them as references? Really curious of where your design and creativity come from! Amazing

I was always so unfocused in school and now I feel like I’ve put all my bs behind me and am ready to buckle down but I’ve effed up so many times no school would want my bitch ass and my family would just laugh at me for wanting to try again...I was so self conscious then and it held me back from being the awesome dude I know who I am I feel like I’m passed the point of it being ok to follow my dreams. my first year was study of the elements, light, wind, heat the second year is structure how to make an stable structure, i come from a very seismic country (Chile) so as a norm any structure must to witstand a 8°R earthquake or you're a failure and a shame my third year was materials, how to desing using diferent construction metods and how does the material behave the 4th year is regulation, as a whole is the conjuction of all the other years but now we apply the law the 5th year is contest, presentation, how to create a contest proyects, in this year we also have practice 6th year is final exam where you create a whole proyect putting everithing you know into it production and development throught 4 of the 6 year we are taught autocad, reddit, archicad, photoshop, ilustrator and many other programs, we have field classes were we need to go to a construcction place and see how everithing is made (this one was fun, i followed a building since the first holes to the finishing bits) we have classes of math, structural calculus, history desing theory, urbanistic theory, and of course drawing
