Kokushibo being the moon Hashira was probably canon before he became a demon.

Lower Moons: Went from cowardly demons to determined Hashiras. - Kamanue: He looked too much like Rengoku. :( - Rui: He fights for his family. - Mukago: Not only she is not the biggest coward anymore, but she is the most bubbly. -Wakuraba: Love it how the scars aren't for show anymore. -Rokuro: Now he's acting like his age. -Enmu: Not sadistic but still a nightmare. A graceful nightmare. Upper Moons: Still stronger than ever. -Kaigaku: This jerk has a lot to redeem for as a Hashira. -Gyokko: Such an elegant artist. -Nakime: What a beautiful slayer. -Akaza: As a human, he takes the mantle of Rengoku. He is powerful and will protect the weak. -Douma: As a human, he takes the mantle of Shinobu. He's friendly outwardly but cold inside. -Kokushibo: As a human, he takes the mantle of his brother. He is powerful, but his memory of Yoriichi would break his cold heart. I wonder what would Kyogai, Gyutaro, Daki, and Hantengu look like as a Hashira?

So this is “WHAT IF” the high moon aren’t demon but demon slayer, very impressive..Ever since I watch Spider-Man no way home, What If, anything shows involve multiverse I got excited.

If I had to guess the breathing of the remaining Upper Moons, I would say: Gyutaro: Death Breathing or Blood Breathing (could have a scythe with skull decorations and his scythe could have a light poison) Daki: She could similar to the Love Hashira, but her weapon would be a sharp cloth (or she could be the a new Hashira called: Beauty Hashira and her Breathing style would be like Dances like Tanjiro & Shinobu) Hantengu: I have no idea actually

For Rui, Imma just say... "Spider Hashira" just rolls off the tongue better. Also, _god damn, Akaza's weapons look good._ Love how you didn't make the ones replacing existing Hashira just carbon copies of them, and differentiated them in certain ways, like how Akaza has _very_ different nichirin blades compared to Sanemi and thus probably uses his Wind Breathing techniques very differently too.

So you always manage to inspire me with your awesome pieces but figured I should actually show it with some short bios these pics made me think of: Kamanue: The most recent in the Flame Hashira bloodline, while he might look confident on the outside he's actually really nervous within constantly afraid of the terrifying powers of the Demons he fights. However he's more afraid of letting people down and has channelled his inner struggles into scorching strength. Rui: At a young age he was cursed by a Demon's Blood Art that led him to be abandoned by his parents. However he was found and saved by the Demon Slayer Head; Muzan, curing his curse and inviting him to join their ranks. He has since made a new family from those he saved from demons. Mukago: Originally a very timid and cowardly girl she constantly suppressed both her feelings and hid away from others. This got her targeted by a Demon but she was saved by Doma, who was the first to encourage her. This caused her long suppressed feelings to burst for and she now proudly displays them in both life and battle. Wakuraba: A feral child raised by bears in the mountains, his numerous scars and reliance on instinct are a product of this unique childhood. After a chance encounter with a Demon he joined the Slayer Corp to better pursue this new prey, his animal like ferocity making him a powerful asset. However he has been known to tactically retreat (run away) when facing a truly life threatening foe. Rokuro: Originally a soldier he joined the Demon Slayers after his troop was annihilated by an Upper Moon leaving him the lone survivor. He often teaches new recruits his experiences before and after joining making him an ideal instructor. Though he can sometimes forget this and barks orders at his fellow Hashiras. Enmu: An exceedingly mysterious being who wandered into a Final Selection Exam and was the only one to pass of his group. He creeps out fellow Corp members as he often knows what their dreams were and brings it up in casual conversation. His Mist Breathing induces intense drowsiness before he sends them to an eternal sleep. Kaigaku: The proud wielder of Thunder Breathing seeks to atone for the mistakes of his past. Admitting now he was a arrogant bully he blames himself for the fall of his brother disciple Zenetsu as well as the massacre at the orphanage he grew up in. He's now seeking to destroy the monster he created and constantly roams, hunting for the Yellow-Haired Demon Moon. Gyokko: Born on the outskirts of a fishing village he lost his parents to a water demon but avenged them by trapping the killer in a large pot and breaking it open when the sun had risen. He found this act to be the most beautiful sight of his life and joined the Demon Slayer Corp to better hone his "art". Nakime: An up and coming star Biwa player she was kidnapped from a performance by a Demon. He was a fan of her music demanding she play for him exclusively and torturing her when she refused including blinding her in one eye. For six months she endured this captivity forced to entertain this monster until she was rescued by Gyokko, drawn there thanks to her song. After this she had a new tune in her heart; revenge. Akaza: A renegade youth willing to do anything for his father, he earned three criminal tattoos before his father took his own life to save his sons future. After fate lead him into the grips of a martial arts master he changed and became the Dojo's top disciple putting all others to shame. However one of these beaten martial arts became a demon and sought revenge, killing Akaza's master and nearly him if not for Kokushibo. The Wind Pillar now fights in memory of his master and to honour his young wife, combing his Breathing Style with martial arts. Doma: Seen as divine child at birth it was said to be destiny to save the world from evil, a cult forming around this prophecy. He has been raised to fulfil this but never truly cared nor believed in it, a rather apathetic being at his core despite his clear skills. In truth he fights the demons both for something to do and to see if it will make him feel anything. Kokushibo: The latest member of the Tsugikuni bloodline it is said he is the reincarnation of it's founder Michikatsu who's spirit cannot rest until he's slain his brother, the first Upper Moon; Yoriichi. Breath of the Moon is the most developed of all styles, having been passed down from all wielders past. Kokushibo himself is a rather serious man who says he's willing to sacrifice anything to final end the Demon threat.

These are actually really good. I could never do something like this but I wish you kept Doma's eyes rainbow coloured because that's how they were when he was human as well. But great work really!

That Gyokko design is fucking amazing! All of them are really, but turning that demon into a viable water hashira is one of the most impressive things I’ve seen drawn out and imagined!

Rui looks like a fusion between Giyu and Inosuke. I simply love swapping Kizukis and Hashiras. Wish they would tell us about these Lowers who were smashed my Muzan Giving Gyokko a full human body? Wow. Nakime is pretty.

Okay! Mukago as a Hashira, YESSIR!! I love her hair color by the way AUGH!! Fits her to be a Love Hashira. Edit: Lol Imagine if Enmu was the Train Hashira and He summons trains in the sky or ground and hits the demon Edit 1#: NAKIME OTOKOWA!!! Nakime's Weapon, I don't know what it's called but there's a guitar or biwa in her back which fits her. ( Duh cause she's a biwa player)

I am absolutely in love with the creativity and details behind each design! I personally find them so much more telling of each character as you can see their personality or powers simply by glancing at their weapons and clothing/accessories. The way you fit each demon into the pillars, came up with the richest designs and even stylizing the characters to match the manga art was just so amazing to see!!

Akaza I feel would need to invent his own style to make use of his martial arts training. Maybe Snow Breathing? I mean with Douma as the hypothetical Ice Hashira, it would further accentuate their rivalry and Akaza's dislike of him.

Okay this is like, the best version of kizuki as hashiras ive ever seen. Other versions is too try hard to make it look original. But yours just look great. And people that havent watch kny might even think this is canon because of close it is to the idea of hashiras but still being an original idea

If Demon Slayers ever introduced new demon slayers outside of the main 2 groups of the Hashira and Tanjiro's Final Selection group, I would've loved to see characters like these. As much as I love Demon Slayers, I was always a bit a sad they never really introduced other Demon Slayers other than Murata, and show them off. It was Tanjiro's group and then straight to the Hashira.

Few facts about lower moons Lower moon six name has "Nue" in it which is mythological creature that has monkey face body of a tiger something from tanuki tail made from a Snake and can Summons lighting also stories about huntings of Nue were showing up back in Times were Muzan lived. Lower moon four I Dont remember what was interesting about her name but all other lower moons name were symbolic in some way Lower moon three name meant a dying discolored leaf or tea So its possibly his abilities were tied with poison and leafs Lower moon two name was some Type of a pottery So his Blood demon art was possibly tied with Clay and its manipulation Lower moon one name had kanji for nightmare or sleep if im correct.

I like how enmus katana has a longer grip. Really plays into his ranged fighting techniques. Do you think if he actually was a demon slayer he'd use a slightly longer blade? Cause with swords reach is an advantage.

I was surprised about Akaza the most really, If I were to create a weapon for him it would be gauntlets and a breathing style but those actual fit better we for him than I thought

This is amazing! I love them all, but akaza, nakime and wakuraba are my favourite. Love the animation you added on everyone's intro once finished. Speaking of Kimetsu no yaiba, i have a suggestion for drawing the characters from Metal Gear Rising Revengenance game in kimetsu no yaiba style. Raiden as an exiled lightning hashira and the Desperado bosses as demons. My personal idea is turning Sundowner's scissor swords into a giant crab/lobster claw

I have an idea for some of the "hashira's" breath stiles: Enmu: dream breath, (becouse of his ability of manipulating dreams) Nakime: music breath,(derivated from the sound breath) Akaza: snow breath (i don't have a better idea for it, is just that his ability has the form of a snowflake) Doma: flower breath/peace breath(becouse he ad a cult made for him he can make demon pas way whitout hurting them) Sorry for my lach of fantasy i just had a random though on those

1. Flame breathing 2. Arachnid breathing: sister to insect breathing but branched from thunder breathing; style incorporating fast slashes and high acrobatics and even wires to compensate for lack of offensive power. 3. Steam breathing: sub-style of flame breathing that incorporates short bursts of slashes in a short space. 4. Looks more like a wind breath user to myself but beast can also be a good match. 5. Completely agree with stone breathing. 6. Again, mist breathing seems like a perfect match, you can have Enmu always wear baggy pajamas. 7. I would include Ume and Gyutaro instead; Ume can use beauty breathing: a style like love breathing but uses wires that can bend in many ways with certain movements. Gyutaro can use blood breathing: a pair of Kama that are attached to a chain; the style uses poison and extremely fast rotations similar to stone breathing. 8. Gyokko can be water hashira with his own 11th form: Art of a thousand scales. Similar to dead calm but flashier as his cause an explosion of speed and destruction. 9. Nakima could use sound breathing but instead of explosives she creates pheromones using her own marechi blood to lure and distract demons. 10. Hanatengu could be a trainer and each one of his emotions be a student. 11. Akaza could use destructive breathing, a sub-style of wind; this style focuses on close rage but with the agility and movement of wind. Akaza even uses his legs which are shielded but nichirin metal. 12. Douma uses ice breathing but with fans and it focuses on darting moves and dismemberment to distract the demon. 13. Moon breathing I feel like some of these would be tsuguko to others
