Actually, your face-ups videos and your dolls were the first ones i saw, and i quickly became obsessed! Unfortunately, i don't work yet so i cannot afford one... But i already know that i want 2: a momoni or omonita that i plan on create my own character, and a granado vindoll that i will customize in the main character of Requiem: Chevalier Vampire. Also, i can't wait to see your etsy store open! I want to buy the Jesse witch charm and the leo one (bc i'm a leo and i love this stuff!)

And also, for me where your dolls the first who introduced me to the doll hobby, I sadly have no time to practice more with my Monster High dolls, because i own a cafè and confetionary and it takes all of my time and energy by now😫

Can't wait for the Etsy story to open. I am looking forward to buying the little witchy Jess charm! And to answer the question, the first BJD's I saw that inspired me to join the hobby were yours! I didn't know customizing dolls of any sort was possible and I adore art, so I loved the idea of creating your own doll. HUGS!

The first dolls that got me into the hobby was also D.O.D (Dream of Doll) I was in either Jr. High or High school when I first found pictures of them. Then while I was working at a thrift store, two young women that went to the college down the road from the thrift store, came in while I was working and had their dolls with them. I had to take a picture and was very determined to eventually have a doll of my own, and now I do.

Gosh, I have so much to say! Firstly, this video is amazing! I love the way you drew Jess and the accessories, the colour scheme, and the music you used in the video. Also, what got me interested in bjds was you and your gorgeous face-ups in your youtube channel when I first came across it. You were, and still are so inspiring to me (and no doubt others) in many, many ways, such as how you share your passion in your hobby to us. It really keeps me motivated in my current hobbies when you share how you feel about people saying that it's weird to like dolls and etc. it really inspires me to pursue the doll hobby. I love how you are so positive, in the things you do. I also love how calming and lovely your voice is XD. Anyway, thank you for doing what you do, though I understand it can be a bit hard and time- consuming to create and edit videos. Thank you for spending the time to share what you love to do with us. You are truely amazing :) (Sorry for the long comment)

My first exposure to BJD's was your channel! Growing up, I always thought dolls were creepy and I only had stuffed animals. Seeing you beautiful face-ups made me want to try it myself!

A hungry namine is a grumpy namine :D The first bjd i saw was in a cheap sticker from china idk i was young but i forgot that these dolls existed until i was in the 6th grade when i was joining the pullip doll hobby and blythe :).

Dika doll's Zura, which i found on ebay totally by accident in highschool, i became obsessed with looking at pics and imagining what i would do with different dolls until i could get a job and make the money to buy one.

The first BJD I saw was your beautiful Jess, the first I bought was a Myou Alisa, and I have just ordered my first Minifee with tan skin 💕 you inspired me to join the hobby and it is so much fun! Hi Andreja, as usual, wonderful video and I'm so happy I was able to get a set of these before they were sold out! I have been working through a really nasty bout of feeling unmotivated to do any of the projects I had planned in the current months. I had 4 videos planned for October and was so excited for them, but time got away from me and now I don't know if I'll be able to do any of them. I haven't wanted to work on any of my dolls or art and it's been making me quite sad. I even got behind watching your videos because I felt very unhappy overall with my hobby so didn't even have motivation to watch the people that inspire me most. However, I have been catching up with your videos and let me say that you always inspire me so much. I'm feeling motivation come back and now I can't wait to get back to working on my projects again! Thank you for always being here and helping to inspire people to be creative. You're awesome!!

The first bid I ever saw was a Fairyland puki pukisha and I knew I had to have one. I didn’t have any money or a job so I sold a lot of my toys and possessions on eBay to save up, and that’s how I got my first bjd (puki pipi) 😊

You said you use a few tools from Illustrator, can you explain them? I guess you have to press ctrl or shift or something else. I've seen tutorials, but I can't apply the techniques in others projects, and it seems so much easier when I look your way xP

Hi if any one could give me some ideas in how to explain what a bjd is to my parents that would be great. No pressure though it won't effect my chances of getting one their just curious.
