Even Nigeria has rebels, the governement failed to chase them. The fact that the country is powerful in military does not mean it cannot have some insecurity issues. Congo is more powerful than Rwanda in every aspect of life. Congo cannot fight Rwanda and will never because countries were not born to fight. Dont think because of m23 rebels attacks this means Rwanda is powerful, no. That is confusion, countries respect each other according to the international laws signed to respect integrity of each country.

Rwanda military equipments and capabilities information is classified, it's not in the public domain or datasets. What you see there are just guesses from some arms deals which leaked to media or something from time to time. No country in Africa can easily fight Rwanda currently for your information. Maybe it can have a good fight with Egypt and Algeria or Ethiopia, but no one else.

Congo has one of the weakest army in the Africa. They have a lots of equipment but lack of discipline, leadership, and military strategies. If the war starts today, Rwanda can take 1/3 of Congolese territory in a day. Congolese are good people but they are not lucky to have patriots leaders like Rwanda. The country is ridiculously rich but it is like a dead elephant, everybody is rushing to get his cut !

This is crazy to compare the DRC army and the Rwanda army. Until recently, the DRC was under an arms embargo for years, making it impossible to purchase weapons and other military equipment while Rwanda enjoyed the freedom to buy whatever equipment it wanted. Despite all that, Rwanda failed to conquer the DRC but ended up stealing its minerals. Now that the arms embargo has been lifted, the DRC army jumped from the 11th position to the 8th position. With all the resources it has got, it can buy any weapon, including drones. There will soon be peace in the DRC because M23 and RDF can no longer bully the DRC. The game is over, and peace is coming. Unlike Joseph Kabila, his successor has vowed to kick out these foreign entities out of Congo once and for all. He has 5 more years to achieve his peace and security objective for his country.
