South African President Cyril Ramaphosa has said his country is determined to restore peace and stability in the Democratic Republic of Congo despite the death of two of its soldiers in a recent attack in the east of the DRC.
His statement has attracted praise from many Congolese citizens as their government forces struggle to battle the M23 rebels.
The South African soldiers were killed by a mortar bomb fired by the rebels on Tuesday.
