Thank you so much for mentioning options for non-visual people :) I have aphantasia so there's zero minds eye here but I find so many techniques/meditations etc focus so much on visual gifts!

Emma, i hadn't heard of that before! How interesting (and challenging). Do you find that you felt in your sense of hearing or feeling more since you can't visualize?

Thank you so much for this simple, yet effective method for grounding! I have been training as an animal intuitive, and animal healing work. In my training, it is explained that it is not beneficial to ground an animal that is in the process of transitioning, or is near to their transition. I was taught that grounding these animals can make their transition more difficult for them. Would you agree? Thank you so much again! Many Blessings!!

Thank you for this tool! Sitting with my feet on the floor is very uncomfortable for me, how about sitting in a cross-legged position, straight on the floor? Or in a chair? Will that do? Spine straight of course.

Sitting in a chair is perfect and the easiest way to set your grounding cord. But if sitting is uncomfortable, then you can also stand up or lie down. Make it work for you!

@@DrCaraGubbins Thank you, perhaps I was unclear- is it ok to sit in a cross-legged position? Sitting in a 90 degree angle with the feet flat on the ground feels very awkward to me, I always cross my legs (like in lotus).
