@Sophie walten I agree. With his 180, I see him surviving to stir the pot for chapters 3 and 4, only to ultimately be the Chapter 5 victim. I don't see him being a killer, and I certainly don't see him as a survivor.

I do hope he doesnt die in chapter 5 as it would be too predictable so him surviviving or dying before chapter 5 might be more entertaning

@Sophie walten meh agree to disagree. Sayaka tried to kill Leon and frame Naegi, meanwhile Xander full on tried to kill Teruko. The circunstances are pretty different. I'll give you that about the motive but i think they have been doing a lot of unpredictable things. Like Teruko being the not so hopeful and happy mc, she is actually a bit antagonist. And also how there was an attempted murder before Arei's murder which never really happened before. I do hope they arent too predictable with David because knowing hes dying in chapter 5 already makes me less interested in him ngl. I hope they continue to give their little touch to the predictable dr formula!

@@JoaoPedro-eq3hj you know what else might work then? A twist to V3's chapter 4 and have the David actually die at that point. I don't expect a virtual world chapter, but it could work in a similar way, with David being lured into a trap and actually falling for it. Either that, or have David actually kill in Chapter 4 in self-defense in order to ensure his own immediate survival.

​@Sophie walten still different situations imo + unlike normal dangaronpa, most people in this cast are assholes and its not exactly like we *need* David to last until the end considering there could other characters able to take his role as the big bad guy around. Like Veronika and Arturo, even Teruko if she reaches that point

I don't see her making it out, especially since we still don't know her secret. Remember, one of the people who has yet to reveal their secret is a murderer, and based on Hu's reaction to David asking her whether her secret is worse than his or Nico's, I'm starting to think it's her. And if she is secretly the murderer, then she ain't living much longer.

Agreed. Despite how much of a glorious asshole he's become, I don't see him kicking the bucket for a while.

I mean, to be fair, there’s not really that much you could interpret from it without the context of having watched the episode already. I try my best to make it still relate to the video without 100% spoiling it. From what I can tell, it only shows that’s “something” is up with David, not really what exactly. Honestly, I was more worried about the crosses over Xander and Arei. If you tell me, I could probably change whatever part that’s particularly spoilery tho that I might’ve missed tho. Sorry.
