I was a tv actor from 17 until the age of 34 then couldn't get work, who do you think is hiring an out of work tv actor with zero 9-5 experience in any area of work, i couldn't even get work as a dishwasher because they wanted someone with experience…so in some cases its not avoiding work.

If you experienced hardship during covid financially, YOU have POOR life choice problems and are probably one of those who has to beg the government for a hand out. Owning your home nowadays means you are rich. Even a way smaller place and in a regular neighborhood. But she made a decision and she wants to provide for her family and I think she understands the pros and the many cons. She could not live off of her past work, and was facing losing her property. I don't think OF is all bad. It is shocking though how much men need this and basically how lonely millions of men are.

It just shows how much money actors actually make on a regular basis. I remember seeing an interview with Kai Penn, and what he said were residuals from Harold & Kumar go to Whitecastle. Most actors can't afford to get insurance, let alone make a living at it. BTW, onlyfans was started AS a fan interactive site and moved into the adult space. There was even a push a couple of years ago for it to remove adult content. Didn't happen of course but to even think about a move towards that shows there's a large amount of monetized non adult content out there.
