Hi guys, this is Richard Yap and welcome back to my channel. Today I’ll be showing you around a house which is one of my dream houses. I think almost everything I wanted was done here. So I hope you guys enjoy this video since this is the kind of house you would not ever see if we were not given the chance to vlog about! The owner has been very gracious by showing us his house and he is one of the nicest people around. A self made man who is always there to lend a helping hand to anyone, this house is really fit for him and his family. What a beautiful contemporary house! The massive entry double doors with iron handles are impressive. Love the sleek design of the kitchen especially the waterfall kitchen countertop! The glass walls/doors that allow the view of the pool from the living room is just gorgeous. The owner’s artwork collection is a favorite as well! Thanks for sharing this tour, Richard!

Actually i still prefer your house talaga kasi its small designs are well detailed talagang pinagisipan mo yet its very cozy. Actually this is more than huge than the two houses from Be Careful. But anyway when you dream a house obviously its more than beautiful house😊

Sana tinapos na yung tour, di naman kelangan may PART 2 pa. Ang likot ng camera and naka focus sa mga house furnitures and decor . Di makita overall look and space ng buong living room. Ano floor area and Lot area ?
