If they got “died to kinetic energy” they would have been screwed because for that death you have to ram into a wall with an elytra and die in impact so if they got that they would have to kill the dragon then find a end city that has an end ship and then fly into a wall to take enough damage to die.

*For those curious about that glitch death message George triggered* 6:03 For those wondering death.fell.accident.water originally had the death message " fell out of the water" its intended use was for when players would fall out of a water block high up (like a waterfall) and die of fall damage. Eventually, Mojang removed the death message text in favor of just saying the player died to fall damage, and the proper way to trigger it was also removed. This left the only way to trigger the death through a glitch where you have to die from fall damage while landing inside a water source which can be done in the way George shows in the video (Or by being on a server with high server lag and flying with an elytra directly downwards into water, however this isn't reliable). Since the text for the message was removed, it shows the internal name in the game files for the type of death instead, every type of death has a name like text.text.text.text however all except for death.fell.accident.water have a message to display.

Potion shuffle would be fun. You try and bear the game but every minute a random potion effect is out on you. So you could be fighting blaze and get fire res or poison.

They could do Biome Shuffle in which they have to find specific biomes in a certain amount of time, or maybe structure shuffle where they have find specific structures in a certain time limit, but they'd have to have a special seed that had all of the possible structures in minecraft with them being in plausible distance that way they can be found within the time limit if they're close enough.

I have a challenge idea : Minecraft but we are enderman, basically you can't use your WASD and jump, and by pressing W you launch an ender pearl, and you teleport to wherever it lands. You won't take damage from teleporting itself but you still take fall damage

You guys should do some kind of scavenger hunt, where it gives you a random item biome or structure to find in like 10 minutes or something, or you could do an item hunt, where you have to find a rare item in the game to hold in your inventory!
