This is the first time in history someone other than Dream has harnessed the power of the flower

So what's strange about all these nightmare flowers, is that before, when Dream harnessed the power of flower, he "forgot" everything good about Techno. So here's some theories: If any person already harnessed the power of flower before, he will fully control his power, unlike first time. If any person harnesses the power of flower by his own wish, but not by someone's fault or flower's wish "Touch me please i will corrupt u". However, these theories isn't correct. As we can see TommyInnit harnessed the power of flower because Dream kicked him right to the flower, but not by his wish. Also, it's probably his first time. Why i think the second theory is more correct, is because Dream harnessed the flower and fully controls himself. But, still i think they are not correct.
