What a magnificent way to bid farewell to the Dystopia trilogy, capping it off with a stunning Special version MV in true Dreamcatcher fashion! The theatricality in their leather outfits, stage designs, lighting, smoke effects is just sensational! Not only did they don their Scream & Boca outfits, but they also incorporated the mask and flags from those eras and even the gestures of those choreos! Even the chandelier in the video was the same one from Deja Vu MV! So proud of Dreamcatcher for the achievements they have received in this era!

Notice that during Scream parts, the aspect ratio is different. I think its to symbolize that Dreamcatcher wasn't complete during Scream era. And when Handong took off the mask at the end, the aspect ratio changes again. To symbolize that they are now complete.

Este video de verdad me alegro el día :) Para los que son nuevos o es su primera vez viendo a Dreamcatcher les explico lo que representa este video, todo empieza con el MV SCREAM (18/02/2020, primera parte de la Era Distopia) en este se ve a una bailarina con una mascara negra en representación de Handong ya que ella en ese momento se encontraba en China debido a un concurso ( Youth You With Seadon 2) y seguido por razones mayores (Covid), no pudo volver hasta principios de Octubre de 2020, pero para ese momento ya se había estrenado BOCA (17/08/2020, segunda parte de la Era Distopia). Entonces en el MV ODD EYE (26/01/2021, tercera y última parte de la Era Distopia) ya podemos ver a Handong haciendo su regreso oficial a Dreamcatcher y para terminar la explicación, este video es una recopilación de toda la Trilogía Distopia representada en sus vestuarios, coreografías, complementos, peinados y accesorios, sumado a la representación simbólica de Handong en todos los MV de Distopia que ella no pudo estar y que concluye cuando se quita la mascara negra y así cierra el circulo. Handong taking the mask off is THE perfect end to an era

The effects were just amazing. That bleeding effects at 0:54, 1:41, 1:56 for the costume changes were just great, and then to top it off, the blending effect at 2:14 with the curtains was just spectacular. Finally, Handong's face reveal/mask removal at 3:06 was just satisfying to watch, it was like a silent statement of "I'm back" in a super cool manner. This is why Happyface/Dreamcatcher Company need to be supported, they always continue to produce and publish content (and not cheap stuff as well) even after the promotions have finished. Most agencies won't even do anything during the promotional period. All I'm saying is, don't let this agency fall, they actually treat their idols right.

I think the video tells more of a story than it lets on, first off, Odd Eye is the ending to the Dystopia era, whereby the edits to Scream and Boca outfits reflect on what Dreamcatcher has made for this era as well as looking back on the achievements they have accomplished in 2020, by incorporating previous choreography bits into the Odd Eye choreography, and with Handong removing her mask at the end, i think not only does it symbolize the end of the era with her return, but also a reflection of the lyrics in Odd Eye for the Dreamcatcher members themselves, they searched for Utopia, a Music Show first win, but realized that in the end Utopia is what they see in themselves, which is Handong returning to her members
