@@lourenssiderius3522 the Dreametech wins on navigation, carpet and hard floor cleaning performance, and the self-emptying dock is way better.

Any dyson cordless would work great. I used a Dreame T30, which also works very well for this task.

I'm trying to understand what you're explaining regarding the ports. Are the ports on the robot not lining up with the port holes on the base? It's gonna' need to properly dock to line everything up for emptying. As far as the bin, make sure the spring loaded door on left side (if you're looking down at the robot while docked) isn't stuck or jammed with debris. Also have you washed the filter or checked the bag? The filter will completely clog over time, and will need to be washed or vacuumed out. One last thing, make sure the bin is completely set in the base of the robot, as air can leak out if it isn't fully-seated. I hope this helps! If you're still having issues, I would contact Dreametech regarding the problem.

If you take out the bin and look on the inside of the robot. One side is the port the other is a grid where the filter lines up to. Mine looks ueven, but I think that's how it's designed. I am in contact with support and ordered new filters.

@@richardsmith1161 oh I see! I thought you were just talking about the two ports for the auto-empty, not the grille behind the filter. The filter needs to be seated correctly for everything to work. I believe the robot will know if the filter isn't perfectly installed. I hope it's a simple fix, and your Z10 is back to cleaning soon!

Select individual room cleaning, set the order you want it to clean the rooms, and on the main screen a paint brush icon will appear, to let you set multiple passes. Hope this helps!
