Hi David, I'm currently working through my Admin Certification and just wondered if you could give your opinion on where the industry is heading going into 2023 and beyond? Is it still a great time to be getting into Salesforce (I'm UK based so not sure if that changes your answer?) Love your videos though!

Can you do a video about the new SalesForce certification? is it worth it for newbies or is it better to go directly for the Admin certification?

New Salesforce certs are rarely worth it, it takes years for employers to know about them

What was the attendance this year? I read about 40k, but it seems so low, like 2011 level.

I heard 40k as well, but it felt really crowded to me still. Hotels were still so expensive , 😅
