Consulta, estos ejercisios se hacen 1 hora antes de cantar ? O terminas y ya podes cantar al.momento ?

Oigan tengo un problema cuando hago algunos ejercicios con notas altas el cuello se me marca mucho y siento como tension ahi saben por que pasa eso?

Hola Gael. Hay que revisar dos cosas importantes: la primera, que las notas estén en su rango vocal. Si usted es Barítono o Bajo y está cantando notas altas de Tenor se terminará lastimando. Segundo: que esté haciendo el apoyo desde la garganta y no desde el diafragma, por eso tensiona el cuello buscando emitir el sonido a toda costa, lo que hace que las cuerdas se cierren.

En el último ejercicio está mal lo mostrado en el video, durante la segunda mitad del ejercicio debería verse q la nota alta se mantiene en el mismo sitio y la nota grave es la q debería ir bajando, al menos es lo q escucho
