No, this is actually the first time 😺💗 We did review a pink one but the paw was different and it’s square shaped so you have to take the joy cons off first. It was very different

I had the same problem. Another thing is that I see so many having clear cases on their normal switch and can dock it . I have tried probably 10 cases that claim they are dockable but they aren’t
