As an avid long time ex-golfer, both with friends or business clients, I can tell you how low some self-conscious and arrogant golfers can be out there. Some actually trying to hit the poor guy mowing on the sidelines ! Or others arguing with the ground marshals about their loooong time putting ! Golfing, probably like other sports, reveal the true nature of people you tought as mature and honest guys. Many obvious cheaters. 😝 A lot like 45, I may say...👎

Eh, it's pretty sandy, not much in the way of nutrition for plants to thrive. Could've used it for a sand trap or a berm in the rough, though.

@@Sasquatch6987 they use sand for every thing on a golf course. What do you think they top dress with?
@GARDENER423 жыл бұрын
@@Sasquatch6987 Chris stated it's where all the leaves & detritus end up at. That's a huge amount of nutrition, along with all the other decomposing matter found in ponds. I've used pond dredging material as a soil booster for years & believe me, it's almost miraculous what it can do to near sterile clay.

Nah, just put a 10 barrel air cannon on the boom, load them with 4 balls each and when you hear FOUR yelled your way, swing the boom, yell FORTY through a loudspeaker back and pull the trigger... They send one ball at you, you send 40 back... Do that once or twice and they'll quickly get the message...especially if the second air cannon is loaded with steel ball bearings and calibrated for 5 times the velocity as the first cannon... Yes, I'm FULLY aware of how Eeeeeeevil, Nasty and Sadistic that is... What's your point?

Kinda sad, I've only hit one golf ball in my life. I was in my friends backyard, and it flew down about four houses and smashed a lady's bathroom window and shower door. Needless to say, my dad beat me like an old mule, and I didn't get an allowance that summer. As I went through them it was always interesting to find the rare ones that had logos on for businesses or other golf courses on the other side of the world. I soon realised who the bad players were as I would always see the same initials on balls.
