Great that you plan to explore raw. My sister fed her dogs raw for most of their lives. They were Collie & Chow Chow mix siblings. The boy lived till age 15, the girl till age 20. She fed them large select thigh meat bones. Raw bones are very good for dogs' teeth. As my sister's dogs got older, she supplemented with necessary vitamins, etc. The salmon fish oil and digestive powder you use sound great. 👍🏽Varying Ghost's diet with freeze-dried raw might be a good idea. But doing research for what's best for the Cane Corso breed is recommended. I also suggest reading Dr. Martin Goldstein's books: "The Nature of Animal Healing," and "The Spirit of Animal Healing." Dr. Marty makes freeze-dried raw foods. But there are a variety of brands out there to check into for what suits your dog's specific needs. Ghost is such a big ol' huggable sweetheart! ❤🎉😊

Ghost is beautiful! Thanks for sharing his meal prep 😊… if you were curious in looking for digestive support for him, Gussy’s Gut has a fermented superfood powder that you can sprinkle in his food. It helped my pup’s digestive system SO much as I’ve also been transitioning her to a freeze dried/raw diet. Love your videos!

Hi, New to your channel. I got a cane corso at 4 months old. He got parvo. However, he is on the mend. We got his health back in check and redefined his diet. He gets a lot of chicken and liver along with his supplements. His name is Dante. He is 8 months old now. Ghost is an inspiration.

I have a 3 yr old tri colored american bully shes my baby i love her so much !shes so funny they all have their own big personalities forsure .i can tell by the videos u post that ghost is just like that also big personality and im sure ♡ and let me guess lol does he think hes human like my lil girl ? I bet he does !my baby is so spoiled also !Ive never had a dog in my life except her thats slept in my bed with me under the covers every night after they were puppies when i was growing up. But this lil girl , i rescued her from having really no love or effection as much as she needed and the other dogs he had was mean to her and ate her food so she would run away and i was renting a house from this man he was a good person he just was always out of town working and he had someone feeding them and stuff when he was gone but when he came back he asked me if i wanted her and shes been with me getting spoiled ever since that day !im so greatful to have her .I only have one child and she is gonna be 20 and she moved out of the area to start her own life like kids do :but now ive had my spadey for almost two yrs im not alone and sad anymore shes like my second child and shes quite the character ill send you a picture of her !she needs a youtube channel lol ! My dog's "messy" meal is in the evening, so I do the bowl washing before the morning meal since the morning meal is just kibble. I use a raw topper for the evening meal or some bone broth. I need to try that bowl booster. Great Video!!!

Thank you for sharing❤ I pray you PLEASE give Ghost plenty of water. In the wild dogs food is not over processed kibble which can be hard on our fur baby's belly and kidneys. I would like to suggest pouring hot broth on his kibble to rehydrate before feeding him. Lots o Hugs.

You 2 are amazing! I thought I was already sub'd ... I have watched literally all of your shorts with Ghost... Im sub'd now and my notifications are on..... Tell Ghost I said "Hey..." My pooch doesn't let the food get in the bowl (Pitbull..... Blu). Blu has 2 beds.... 3 blankets.... Ive never done the yogurt before... I do the eggs and salmon oil... She loves the mix

Awwwwww take such good care of him like a little baby that is so adorable and OMG I thought he was eating meat girl I thought he was giving him chicken eggs, steak, ground beef, and he still eating like a baby. That’s so cute. Imagine when you start feeding him different food like boiled chicken he gonna go up to about 200 pounds.

I think you should move that gray mat & put it up against the wall while he eats, so that he can be comfortable & don’t have to eat from an angle from the side of his bowl while he eats, & then you can put the gray mat back down

Hi!! How old were Ghost when you started adding the extras to his food? I have a 9mth Cane Carso and his name is Jaws. I do use the Salmon oil and professionally Victor. I mixed it with fresh food.

I just got my pup boy cane corso 5wks ago. He was 4months old & it was a really struggle at first cos he arrived with kennel cough infected my older chorkie dog. I had to keep both dogs indoors quarantined for 4wks u can imagine the stress. Even though he chewed my sofa &2 pairs sneakers I'm am so in love with him. Only thing I'm struggling with is he has real runny poo I know it must be a change in his diet. I wanna change his diet to a mix of processed & raw. I've followed u n ghost on tiktok a while he is a gorgous boy.

If you do raw, some thoughts (we have 2 cane corso's both on raw) Do not use the frozen raw at the pet store etc. SUPER damned expensive. Much easier to find a local butcher or rancher and buy a half cow, nationwide the avg for that comes out to $4-5/lb, sounds pricey but you get all your steaks for the same price. If you adjust for that you end up spending about 1.50-2 per meal for your dogs including supplements because the organ meats are cheap, supplements end up cheap as well. The main price is the meat. Both our dogs were super gassy and had huge poop on kibble, raw is so much easier on their digestion.

New subscriber and just lovin Ghost and your loving ways of him.Funny how male dogs love female owners before male owners.My wife is allergic to dog hair she loves for corso and pit bulls ,,, but can’t so we settle for a brother/sister Yorkie combo ,,, the male is always following her while the female follows me and kiss me differently then mom.thank u for you post .
