There's a real train track in Rameshwaram which opens up for ships using the Bascule beauty method.

I would've preferred the "To the Moon" to be called "The Yeeter" because the minifig was just yeeted offscreen!! My first thought was "That had better be called 'The Yeeter'" but, alas, it's called "To the Moon".

1. The Barrier, is a great smooth draw bridge design.😀 2. The Dual pivot passage, is a nice rotating design.😉 3. I like the Lifted gateway.😉 4. In the Bascule beauty bridge you have an error in the cardan transmission. The hinge forks must be located in the same plane. Due to the fact that the forks on each shaft are installed at an angle of 90 degrees relative to each other, the movement is not linear.

Elevator Passageway for me. Took longer at low speed, but looked the most stable, reliable and gave the most room for the kayaker crossing under it My town still has one that gets used now and again. I’ve never had the misfortune of being caught at it, but it’s necessary for the occasional taller ships

The elevator passageway is my favorite, though could have been simpler with one motor (on one gear or in the middle) and a chain on all the 4 gears (I saw them turning in the same direction)😁
