Thanks for posting I need so much help in this area for my daughter it's very frustrating. She doesn't even try it's hit or miss but alot of misses. She can disrobe but can't put on clothes or even adjust them once it's on. It's just really hard that I just end up doing it for her anyway to save time.

She should've allowed the boy to zip up his check, not even .1 seconds and she's trying to help. allow the boy to problem solve and come to a resolution, yes he has difficulties aligning the zipper but that allow him to see what works bc he was obviously able to figure it out the first time.

No, Occupational Therapists would be teaching the child the techniques, not just telling the child to do the tasks or doing it for him.

You can tell the second boy is faking not knowing how to zip for the purpose of the video by the way he hides a smirk when she tells him "good job zipping" in that condescending tone of voice.

Great video but the woman's way of speaking to the boy about fasteners..was a little false cheerful. Kids can sense that with adults.
