@@amorl4520it's funny because I used to think that to reach a lot of people around the world or even doing a creative job that I love and getting a lot of money for, it was success. I got there and I was wrong because it didn't give me the peace I was looking for. I realized then, when I lost all that, is that to be successful to me is to be able to find that peace and love I was looking for with only me, to feel complete when you have nothing except yourself, no money, no job, no home, nobody, nothing...and still feel you have reached it all.

I can’t hold back, as this could be life saving, I feel like the host in the middle has an enlarged thyroid. I didn’t see mine when I had one, and by discovering that mine was enlarged, it saved my life.

I only know that what I've been trying to do for the past few years is to find that special person in me. I know nobody could ever make me happy, ever, only me. It's been hard because I had Learnt that only another person could make me feel at peace or fulfilled and it was like going through rehab for an addiction. I just went deeper and deeper into myself to find that unconditional love for myself, because I knew that If I kept looking for it outside, I would keep hurting myself. It's been both tough and beautiful, discovering this amazing innocent and powerful girl I am and also fighting all those "demons" who kept telling me that I'm not good enough, that I can't love myself alone because I need other people to love me because I'm not worthy of loving myself.

Drew I'm loving your show. Figuring it all out is such a major part of life, you're so right. So: these emotional walls! I'm throwing in a suggestion that I'm absolutely certain you can get with. Your 'Mothering senses' give you great confidence and you're obviously honed in on being the best possible Parent. Try a little 'Princess diaries' twirl! When you meet someone that 'you', the home girl you, your private life, your own emotions, meets. When you start getting that 'moisten your lips & smile' moment, imagine judging them, or maybe at least interviewing them subtly, just learning as much as you need to, as potential suitors to your Daughters. That puts the Poseidon pitchfork in your javelin hand 🧜‍♂️ , ready to scrutinise every suggestion of subtle motive. You're always able to twist the plot on your internal emotions and consider them as somewhere on the multi layer levelling of booty call, friend, etc. Yet the practice would give you an extra emotional tool in thr box. Hold up! One date & then matching hoody plans is toooooo much. Don't set yourself up to fall on your emotions or your brain creates shortcut neural pathways from hope to disapointment. That's a one way street to acceptance that others could treat you that way. 👄👄🙋‍♀️☯️

Maybe something embarrassing and downright demoralizing happened to him that prevented him from being able to fulfill the plans; and he couldn't face you to tell you what it was. If we assume that, we can send them compassionate love and move on.
