Bill O’Brien dude. When he was coaching at Penn State, there was a BS penalty that extended a drive. The next play a PSU defender gets hurt. Tv timeout. Bill walks out, right by his player, and just gave it to the ref the entire break. The stadium went nuts. We loved him at state college.

He did a great job at Penn State. Came in after the Sandusky scandal, when all the good players bailed and still produced a winner

Drew was only scratching the surface during his time with Carroll. Aside from their atrocious drafts from 1997-1999, they had injuries to Glenn, McGinest, Martin before left and then Bledsoe. Kraft listening to the geeks caused them to lowball Martin and allow Parcells to steal him away. After Martin left, Robert Edwards shreds his ACL in the flag football game. They let too many players leave with no replacements. The rest of the East caught up to them.

Pete Caroll ruined USC then jumped ship at earliest opportunity. USC still has not recovered.

Correction: the NCAA ruined USC. You think it’s just happenstance that Alabama had 3 pro bowl level wide receivers on the field at the same time? 😂I firmly believe it’s selective enforcement. Notice Saban retired real quick after college players got the power.

What the Hell are you talking about ? In NO way shape or form did Pete Carroll’s drafts help build the OG Dynasty defense . Only 1 defensive player drafted under Carroll played on the Pats SB Teams ( Tebucky Jones ) . Furthermore as Drew stated the Pats were loaded with Picks during Pete’s tenure … Two 1st in ‘98 , Two 1st’s , Two 2nds , Two 3rds !! That’s SIX out of the Top 83 picks & we got 💩.

Not to pile on, but that was mostly Parcells. But Carroll did draft Kevin Faulk, who was another one of those solid contributors to the first three trophies. Not a star, but he-here comes the cliché-did his job.

The house that Brady and Belichick decorated was built by Bledsoe and Parcells. And if not for Drew Bledsoe winning games for us, the Patriots would be in Connecticut or Rhode Island. Put some fucking respect on his name. He saved us from moving and gave us respect again
