The first fall was for the intercontinental champion then the second fall was for the European champion. So they should do that for extreme rules for a triple threat match between Roman reigns karrion kross and Drew McIntyre. The first fall should be for the WWE championship and the second fall should be for the universal championship. That way he can lose both titles without being pinned. Karrion kross wins the WWE championship and the first fall after kross performs a running elbow on the back of the neck followed by a saito suplex on McIntyre. and Drew McIntyre wins the universal title after As kross executed the "saito suplex" on Reigns, Drew McIntyre simultaneously performed a "Claymore" followed by a Future shock DDT on Kross
