Matt and Johnny talking about punk about an hour fifty into this was gold. Matt has a really great way of articulating a lot of thoughts and feelings I have about the Blink scene of punk. I always aligned more with the era he was into too and he put it a lot more eloquently than I ever do lol

JJ is one deep, full of wisdom (and experience) in this game of life. Every word he said just "felt right". I don't know how many people cried at some point during the interview but I'm one of them. Such an emotional rollercoaster. You can tell his friendship with Matt (and his wife) is very sacred. P.S I like how Johny held tears of awe the whole time😛😛.

Im just now catching up on my Drinks With Johnny episodes. The story about Johnny's mom has me crying! 😂😂 Also, I learned so much about JJ and his story is definitely inspirational and left me thinking about my own life journey differently.

This was by far the best episode I've seen yet! I haven't watched any for a few months, but seriously, mad respect and love for this JJ rapper character, what a cool guy. And of course seeing and hearing Mattt was a privilege, all 3 of you, awesome job, loved it, can't wait to hear the new album, I know you've all been working hard on it in between being family men as well, and I wish you all much happiness and health in this new year! By the way I love Matt's shirt! I live in idaho and it looks like idaho with a ufo above it, where did he get that??!!

BTW...i lived in boise for 2 years and in meridian for 3. i hated it back then bc my mom and us 2 boys were coming from canada...i wanted to go back to california, but she decided she liked boise so we just stopped driving. in hindsight, i wish i had TRIED to appreciate it more.

As a kid, I always hoped I could see the personalities of my favorite band more. And now, the fact I can watch full conversations, and be able to draw from the free game you guys casually give out, it is honestly a dream come true to be able to listen to, and apply the information to my own music career. Cheers to you guys, I became a fan at city of evil and ever since the stage I’ve been more obsessed than I ever thought I could be. The prog vibe was amazing I can’t wait to see what happens next. Idc what you guys sound like, it’s always gonna be A7X to me and I applaud you guys for going next gen with NFT’s and staying relevant in the hard rock market. Wow, I came for a video podcast to pass time, and saw M. Shadows was on the show with Johnny, them being in band together.. And in the end I got an amazing life lesson from JJ whom I have never even heard of or seen until now, which doesn't matter because I took what he said to heart, and that is exactly what he was saying from the lessons he was teaching at the end there. Much Love for a7x and J especially for this one, thank you for helping me see that I can make it through this part of my life, I thought I would be dead by 28... But here I am 2 weeks from my 28th birthday and I feel like I should keep pushing to be that me and do that do that I was put here for... I hope I can keep those words close with me in all parts of life. Amazing podcast guys. Thanks!

I'm was raised by a single mother as well. Born in a little town, poor, but have always been a dreamer. I've been published all over the world. Here's to hoping I run into the right people one day. I'd love to meet and work with JJ.

O.C. in the house. Grew up in Dana Point and currently in Laguna. I love y’all. I even tried moving away(went to Alaska) but you grow up in O.C. and it’s in your blood! I see Fieldy around. Last time was at Applebees in Aliso Viejo! Lol. And check this out, I got family that went to HS with Afroman! Had classes together and everything

So good to see M. Shadows on here. He’s so nice and respectful, but he looked so depressed during the whole video, not just in the thumbnail. I was expecting him to be more high-spirited. If I’m being honest, M.Shads is an amazing singer and somgwriter, and Johnny, you are such a personality and an awesome bassist.

Man. I love the vibes in this podcast and super awesome guests!! And I've been a fan of A7x for a long time and right now I'm working as an artist in a web3 environment. I'm glad M. Shadow learned about this Web3 technology and took benefits from NFT technology. I'm so sorry for the negative you got just because you guys used the technology to verify your fan's membership for Death Bat Club. When people hear word of NFT, they will think about the BAYC scene that flipped millions and a lot of greedy took these opportunities to steal hundreds of millions by using the name of NFT. I as someone who works in a Web3 environment really sad that our society doesn't even know the technology behind it and has already started judging, making fun of, etc. They love to hate rather than learn it. Just followed the DBC's account and I will get 1 of the NFT soon. I'm Malaysian and Idk when I can be there to utilize every benefit but I'll do it because I love A7X!!🤟
