That was a thorough installation video. I cover my timer with tin foil to prevent the UV from cracking the plastic.

Looks good. Are you going to take of the corn with drip too? I use it on mine and it works good. I just line up t-tape to corn I then do a kinda tomatoe weave down the row and this way I can still cultivate between rows. You'll love the drip.

If you can bury the main line just below the surface of the ground, you can use it next year too. Southern sun's are very tough on drip hoses. I purchased the same set up as you did, but I had my own timer and I purchased the 15 mil. The only thing I don't like about the 15 mill is that the emitters are spaced too far apart for my taste.

I put it in the description but I bought most of it from drip works. You can find the mainline at lowes or any hardware store.

Yea I plan on covering the whole thing.Hopefully it will last a few years.I thought the same about the 15mil so I went with the 8 mil might not last as long but emitter every 4inches is perfect

Even full bore through a 1/2 " mainline-not too bad for dry conditions. But later when plants are all bigger AND it's hotter it could be expensive. We pay for water where I'm at. Along with high service fees we also have to pay an additional 2/3 of WATER cost for SEWAGE DISPOSAL fees like it was going down the toilet. My water bill is high in the summer and I garden only around 1000sq ft. Do you have a Meter and pay by amount used? We have many scenarios up here- I'm just curious about where UR

I've had over $300. But that's how we roll up here. Our gasoline is way more expensive here than yours even though a lot of yours comes from here...but that's how we roll..

How much/what kind of schedule do you use the tape? A little every night or couple of nights/weekly?
