They are too young to legally purchase weapons. Therefore, they cannot legally carry one. Also, if the weapons are stolen, the charges will be more severe. Reckless endangered is also a possibility if those bullets hit anyones property. Self-defense isn't the problem, it's everything else that will land them behind bars. People need to be accountable for their kids. Keep them involved in sports to keep them busy so the streets don't get them. I wouldn't have my boys living in Detroit, Illinois, LA or NY at this point. Crime is everywhere but worse in those areas. I would do everything to get my family out. Even if that means sellers everything I had. Sad! I'm glad they survived. Hopefully, they will take this opportunity as a life lesson.
