I love a good song where you can hear the soulful groove of the bass. Just holds it down. Guitars will whoop on your ass. The vocals will help to heal, the drums are like a heartbeat but the bass just holds it down. Holds it all together. Drive by Truckers I liked a bit when I was in my twenties. Now in my 40's as I get older I love to follow the newer albums. I relate so well to them. But that production just sounds great and the bass just flows through me.
