DRIVER You are the wheelman [Unity Remake] - PC Vehicles and Traffic Modifier

Not only can the PC version vehicles be found, i also added an early version of a Traffic modifier that lets you choose what cars are allowed in each city.
This is incomplete because other cities first need traffic too.
Not yet sure when the next public release is because there is still a lot broken and unfinished.

That's clean ! Wonder why the engine sounds so low pitched btw. It's true that in the OG game that sound was a bit too "racing car" ish.

The low pitch possibly needs a few tweaks + the engine sound/gears are controlled with vehicle actual speed force and not like it's in real life so if you do a burnout, the engine keeps staying low. Well, the preset vehicle physics i used didn't have anything and i added this all by myself as easy as possible. I don't like that by myself and i have to see if this can be changed somehow since it is extremely unrealistic.

Hello, your project is very admirable and excellent. 7 years ago, I planned to recreate Driver 1 and Driver 2 with Unity engine like you, but I didn't have enough knowledge. I just saw the video, it was very interesting to me. I want to make a suggestion. Can you add newer cars to the game? For example, from Gran Turismo 1-2 game cars. If you want their 3D model, I can extract it

Adding more custom cars is sure possible but it requires me to change the vehicle selection entirely what will be some extra work. I recently try to get all the cars from Rally Cross 2 (and made a video about one of the cars as a test) what takes a lot time because i have to fix all the duplicated polygons/bugs per hand.

@@4KANT Anyway, I have all the models of Gran Turismo 2 games related to PlayStation 1. If you want, I will upload it to sketchfab for free. Their Polygon is very similar to the Driver game, because both of them belong to the same Ps1
