Driving 2 Pagani Zonda Cinque to Taco Tuesday

4 жыл бұрынDuring my time with Shmee150 in Southern California we made our way down to Newport Beach for a day to see some good friends. After an exciting lunch taking 3 Koenigsegg Agera RS to lunch at Hooters we made our way from @speedy_jeff to @dan_am_i for the evening. We ended up taking not 1 but 2 Pagani Zonda Cinque out for dinner for Taco Tuesday!! Shmee150 drove the yellow Cinque Roadster and I rode with Dan in the Cinque coupe. It ended up being a night that I'll never forget!
Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine my first time riding in a Pagani Zonda would be riding in the final Cinque coupe, number 5 of 5, and the only one in green. That in itself would have been something to remember forever but being joined by Shmee150 in the yellow Cinque Roadster was priceless. Storming through Newport Beach in California on our way to dinner in 2 Pagani Zondas making noise and shooting flames the whole way there and back. It was truly a day I wish never ended.

I still can't believe these cars are over 10 years old now. The Cinque is still my favorite version of the Zonda ever since I first saw it in the video game NFS Hot Pursuit.

Yeah for only about 2,000 miles and I drove it in Northern California ;) I picked him up at the airport in NY and ended up doing his whole US tour with him completely unplanned haha

@@Adventures_with_Sog I still have a lot of videos from the tour to upload, I didn't want to upload the same exact videos as him on the same day, etc. Mostly I have been helping him with a wide range of things like shooting, arranging shoots, and travel logistics rather than shooting content for myself. I'm in a couple of his videos from his US tour if you go through and watch them all 😁

That green 812 is the only spec like that in North America! Other one is in the UK, at least that's what the owner said! One day I was just at Ferrari Newport Beach and I just happened to meet the owner lol! He was very friendly 😊

If I was riding this and it does that popping sound when shifting, my curse words would also be flying same as those flames! Too bad there were no clip of anything with the tricolore. I heard that was more hardcore than the cinque.

They're not, but you can own them if you own them under the "showcase" label. This permits you to own them, and only drive them a certain amount of miles.

I don't know whose cars is those were because I didn't have 20 minutes to watch this video, but he's definitely doing something right, lol. I absolutely love cars. And those cars are a work of art. Unbelievable mankind can build such machines. And would I have one if I was a hundred millionaire? Most likely at one point. Problem with these kinds of cars is there so rare and so expensive that the owners end up almost never driving them. Because you want to have good resale value so you don't really want to drive it. But then at the same time you want to drive it, but it's really just too risky and devaluing. Look what happened with the comedian who bought the Veyron and got hit by a CRV right away. I mean yeah they got the money to fix it. But you know you ain't going to get much from the C RVs insurance. So you're pretty much going against your own most of the time. Plus you can have a nice 7-second GTR and drive it around everyday for the fraction of the cost. But I guess if you're making millions of dollars a year you got to spend your money on something right otherwise what's the point. That car shifts are real hard like a standard👍

Cars like these don't depreciate, you can still drive and enjoy them and they will hold their value and in some rare cases continue to appreciate in value!

Keonigsegg makes the best hyper cars. Pagani def makes some of the coolest looking but, performance wise, keonigsegg is superior in every manor.

You can drive one in the US a limited number of miles per year on a special "display" or "show" license from what I understand. It's like 8k miles or something. Maybe less.

The question itself may be a bit intrusive but what you just said sounds a lot to me like "just go buy your own(knowing that's highly unlikely and has a high probability of never happening)" , not that it really matters but whatever lol

Bro what do you mean by dudes, all those cars are owned by one person, his name is Dan. He owns like 6 or 7 koinegseggs, many , MANY, mclarens ( including senna, p1 and speedtail) , he owns the pagani tricolore, pagani cinque coupe and pagani cinque roadster. Just the pagani's cost 30 million dollars. He owns many porshchez ferraris, la ferrari's and even a lamborghini centenario . This dudes an absolute prodigy.
