mi deseo es ver o escuchar algun dia que haiti logro dejar de ser un pais empobrecido y tenga una mejor calidad de vida para los ciudadanos de ese pais tambien una economia estable si el lema de haiti es en la union esta la fuerza entonces que se forme un gobierno de unidad donde todos trabajen para que haiti salga del hoyo al que ha sido condenado a vivir durante años y pueda desarrollarse ya basta de tantas desestabilizaciones

That was supposed to be a major interchange at Route Carrefour and Route des Rails that never got completed. The project started under Martelly’s administration and got abandoned. The government mismanaged the funds from Petrocaribe.
