Wonder how many viewers enjoy the scenery. I do a lot. It gives a glimpse of our future in Sri Lanka. Lot of construction, lot of beautiful houses and places. Just imagine how wonderful it will look in some years ahead. Thanks for sharing.

Watching from the US. Excellent video. Colombo has changed so much from the time we lived there. The flyover in Slave Island is new .We lived in Kollupitya in the 50s. We visited Sri Lanka in 2019 on a tour of the island with 14 Australians. Our home for three days in Colombo was the Cinnamon Grand. We would loveto visit again!

Thanks for showing Christ Church Galle Face. We lived at the vicarage for 6 months before we left for the U.S. in July 1984. We hope to be in Colombo in 2025 on a cruise with Viking, from Mumbai, Goa, Colombo, across the Bay of Bengal, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur ending in Bangkok.😊

Rather than covering Galle Road twice much better if you covered Viharamahdevi Park area, Independence Square, BMICH, Race Course and CMB 7 areas. Also could adda bit of Kotte drive though not exactly Colombo
