I visited Andorra in August 1988 when I went as a young man on a tour round Europe with six friends. We camped in probably the only campsite in Andorra La Vella but my lasting memory was of the smell of Diesel fumes and the dirty state of the place. I'm sure it is better these days with all the filters fitted to vehicles to reduce this but it and the absolutely mad crazy driving of the locals has not made me want to hurry back.
