I've only Driven mostly in Australia, few months in California, USA. from the looks of it I believe the roads you've shown here are smooth, less noisy and well built. It's on par with any other developed countries. Not sure if it's camera angle or something I feel the road are a bit narrow for high speed (120 km/ph)

Incredible weather! Thanks for sharing, another top piece of infrastructure. It's interesting how Guangdong province chooses to spend so much on what is basically a redundant highway connection. I'm curious how they justify funding this when so many highways already exist, but I suppose the future traffic usage will tell us in the next few years. Again, fantastic video and makes me want to visit mainland China again.

Thank you for your message. It is fully utilized. You should know that the total population of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is almost 86 million, and the population of Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Dongguan is already 45 million. So these infrastructures are not even enough on weekends. 😂

每年都有固定投资额度，如果你不使用，就会被上缴，即使是过剩，当地也会尽量使用完这笔收入。这些基础建设工程的承包商基本上是国有企业，这种投资既养活了国有企业员工，也给国有企业带来收入。对比直接向地方政府收缴收入，这样绕一个圈钱最终又回到了国家财政手里。

31:40 lanes are closed in the tunnel on the left and middle, but no one cares..... unbelievable... especially there is enough room to use the right one., no traffic... that's how accidents happen with big tunnel fire

@@大的小萝卜别找借口了，未什么来？港珠澳大桥就是由港商胡应湘极力推动建造的，这人在珠江西岸有投资，完全是为了自己的利益，而且还怕深圳得利，反对连接深圳，将它变成“港人专用桥”，这就注定失败，当初胡应湘还吹牛8年就能回本，现在按这车流量，250年才能回本，银行贷款还不了，已是妥妥的失败工程。

@@Driving-in-China 当初香港如果不自私，同意港珠澳大桥连接深圳，可能深圳就不会再建深中通道，不连接深圳就变成“港人专用桥”，香港才几辆车符合上桥，只靠港车就必败。

the utilization of the HK-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge (HZMB) increased steadily over time.. for example, HZMB saw over 19,000 inbound and outbound vehicles in a single day on the 1st of April this year, marking it a record high since the opening of the bridge..
