Thanks very much once again!!! I used to think of Western Australia as a very Arid Place , but Perth is remarkably Green. May I make a request. You do a Video Driving along the Sea Front in Mid-Summer Perth. I particularly love colour of the Sun and the sky of Perth at that time.

Nice to hear from you again, mate. When we first moved here in 2009 from UK, I thought the same about WA... that it's so hot and dry, that the place needs more green. Now that I get to drive around, I started seeing how beautiful Perth is. Am just glad I could share some of it's beauty via my videos... No. It's actually Pep Peppermint Grove but the best real estate is in Saunders Street, Mosman Park .. thereabouts. REALLY.

That's what I thought but when I did my research at the time of posting the video, the most expensive was Dalkeith. I think they keep changing 😁

BECAUSE .. houses in PEPPERMINT GROVE don't come on the market very often, and rarely on the open market. Stats on Peppermint Grove are VERY scarce as a result AND are often excluded altogether. Locals all know this. It is a short walk from where I live on Stirling Highway, CLAREMONT.

Could you please make the subscriber bell noise a bit quieter? I turned the sound up because I liked the piano music then almost shit myself when that bell dinged.
