it looks much nicer than Toorak in Melbourne or Point Piper in Sydney, Perth is really beautiful and hidden gem.

Hi Mate, do you have any idea of the average Home prices in this area? Also the average home price in Fremantle, AppleCros.. Thanks for the video

Thanks for watching, mate.👍🙂 According to what I have searched in Google, median sales price for Mosman Park is $1.8M, Applecross is $2M and Fremantle is $979K. Am not sure how accurate this data is though. ✌️
