The video was filmed on a Monday morning and some parts of the city were in really heavy traffic, whereas in other parts, the traffic was light.

Omg, the law of the jungle absolutely rules those streets! And those non-stop honking... stressful ! I guess some people think it’s a beautiful city...

@@ThePiquedPigeon @6:59 for example, you can see the entire traffic light pole is completely red, then it turns green with the light! I never saw such a thing elsewhere

City needs trams ASAP at the bare minimum. I would say Metro but yeah that's not happening. Traffic is horrible.

2 years ago, on my way back from Saranda, I passed through Tirana with Serbian license plates and was praying to God that no one would hit me 😂. the traffic jam was incredible. out of 2 traffic lanes they make 3, and out of 3 they make 4. the priority of passing goes to whoever is faster at that moment. Tirana is a beautiful city but the traffic jams are crazy

Ha tirana is organized i mean it “has” to look organized because of the “heat” try Vlorre or Durres good luck every 3rd driver without documents
