California State Patrol is savvy to that. They’ll hit you with tax evasion for not paying tax, title and registration in California. I love California so much - hot bishes, great food, fantastic entertainment, but you either buy a fast stock car or get into a different car scene - stance, itasha, or stick with CARB compliant parts only.

The laws on this planet make no sense. Everything is designed to subjugate a man in this current civilization.
