Congratulations! Yeah. When signing the contract to purchase the house, property owners must acknowledge the easement by signing a separate document and ensuring that nobody blocks the access.

Took my son through the route shown in Success, and although not the same as where he went for his PDA, it helped him familiarise with the area. He managed to pass on his first try. Your video was comprehensive and very informative and really appreciate your efforts in making and posting all your videos. Keep up the good work 👍

did my test here yesterday and the assessor didn’t take me on this route and made me go on some unfamiliar roads… at the roundabout at kemp road i was asked to turn right and then turn right again at the traffic lights. i was not familiar with the road i was driving in and apparently i drove way too slow… felt like the assessor was marking too harsh on me as he kept marking me down for repetition of minor errors such as regular mirror checks, indicator timing at the roundabouts, underspeeding etc. was wondering if you know this success route and can u pls talk about this route if u know? feeling a bit discouraged that i failed for such minor mistakes and because i didn’t know this assessor would take me to this other route… big thanks

Unfortunately I failed, I exceeded the limit in a built area I thought it's 60 per hour and he also mentioned that I used wrong gear. Please let me know how I can book driving hours with you in a manual gear vehicle

The traffic exiting the carpark is a nightmare due to school drop off and pick up. Do you have any tips for crossing right out of the carpark when cars lined up and down that street? Thanks

Yes, they check your casr before the test and may decline it if any iisies with it, stop lights, indicators etc

Yes it is. You only need to transfer your Austrian licence after verification process. Call 131156 Monday to Friday (Western Australian time) to find out more details
