We're extremely grateful to have this many Koenig Specials Mercedes in our collection, but we have so many cars that we don't always get to drive them. We finally scheduled a short rideout with the two Koenig 560 SEC convertibles, the Koenig R129, and the red 560 SEC coupe. Unfortunately it was a very hot day and the r129 overheated so we had to end the ride a little early. Regardless, it was an awesome opportunity to get these Koenigs on the street and do something that hasn't been seen in the last few decades.
