So after having a dream of owning an E30 with a V8, I honestly never thought it would happen.. but when I sold my Mustang and needed another drift car, the idea came about again, and when I found a fully caged E30 rolling shell for a GREAT DEAL! I just couldn't say no..
Now the project I was taking on was immense and by far the biggest thing ive ever done to date, putting a V8 into a rolling shell and basically making a full car from scratch, its took a long time I wont lie, were about 4-5 months in. Fabricating takes AGES.. ive learnt.
But today is a HUGE milestone, the car is driving and driving properly, and not only driving.. but DRIFTING, AND DRIFTING WELL!
I am so so so happy. Lets get making it look nice now :)

Use the line from the alternator charge status output (the small pin on the alternator which illuminates the battery light on dash) This changes state as soon as the engine is running. You could use this to power a relay and then power you P/N switch 👍

If you're using an Astra Electric Power steering pump, there is a trick to wire them up, so it rapidly spools up Otherwise you will suffer with the slow startup on the power steering that you are having. Let me know if you want me to detail it
