This was valued once completed for £37 million pounds and took over 5 years to build
It was owned by a Nigerian business man that had a net worth of 8 billion dollars

yeah, we had ironworks there too.....i miss that place, it's just surreal. Unfortunately i'm not in Uk anymore.

Yes I would love to live on that estate, so well kept and tidy and it has some beautiful houses and views

I worked on this one in 2016 when it was still being worked on, I was told the value of the property by the main building contractor, obviously prices of properties go up and down and a lot of the properties on hill are hardly used by the owners, I’ve worked on six different properties on the hill including the biggest one at the time that was named The Fosways

The £37 million mansion was The Fosways, the mansion that I drove into at the end was called The Ramparts which was a lot less, sorry for the confusion in my description
