I think you did a very good job of showing what's available in Fortuna and nearby. Something Fortuna doesn't have is much in the way of a clothing store. Bayshore Mall is about 20 minutes away and has many places. Also Eureka in general.

My family lives in Trinidad -- I know that housing prices in Eureka are high because the investors bought all the old houses and rent them out to college students.. Fortuna is too isolated for me to live.. I am a flat lander..Just wondering where will you move too or your next place to settle once you have sold..
