They are called "Municipals" not "Province". the island has around 76 municipals.

Country? Puerto Rico is an unincorporated state of the United States, a commonwealth, national citizenship is American, serve in the United States military, its president is in Washington, how to say it is a country ????? Make a correction to that title.

Well, they have their own president, they can’t run for US president etc so looks like there is a difference between then and other US States:)

They can run for US president, and they don't have their own president... They elect a local governor. Video was great but why share incorrect information?

@drivethrough7220 Puerto Rico isn't a country but we perceive ourselves as a country because our culture is totally different, but we are part of the U.S and we are american citizens.
