Cayenne (/keɪˈɛn/;[4] French pronunciation: [kajɛn] (listen); Guianese Creole French: Kayenn) is the capital city of French Guiana, an overseas region and department of France located in South America. The city stands on a former island at the mouth of the Cayenne River on the Atlantic coast. The city's motto is "fert aurum industria", which means "work brings wealth".[5] Cayenne is the largest francophone city of the South American continent.
In the 2019 census, there were 147,943 inhabitants in the metropolitan area of Cayenne (as defined by INSEE),[3] 65,493 of whom lived in the city

Cayenne and Guyane are part of France, so yep. It's one of the overseas departments of France. If you drive around St. Denis in Reunion, Papeete in French Polynesia, or Noumea in New Caledonia it's just the same - slightly shabby regional France vibes, like driving around the rougher parts of Marseille.

Não tem nada a ver amigo, até as aldeias da França são mais bonitas e organizadas, vivo em Portugal e trabalho na França estou em uma aldeia linda em Lyon, a França poderia arrumar isso aí e colocar tudo como é por aqui na europa, mais isso aí é um território para lavagem de dinheiro e exploração do Brasil.

Era ainda mais organizada a uns 10 anos, o problema é que tem tanto brasileiro lá que já parece até o Amapá.

É organizado porque é uma continuação da França na América do Sul, se não seria só mais um país latino americano subdesenvolvido

@@leandrorodriguesfernandes4726 a Guiana nem é considerado latino americano pq foi colonizada pela Inglaterra, tem muitos descendentes de árabes e indianos. Tem muito pouco a ver com a América latina. Só compartilha do mesmo continente.
