Dr Joe Dispenza

Dr Joe Dispenza

2 жыл бұрын

Twenty-four-year-old Christian suffered from severe depression, anxiety, and insomnia for most of his life. He tried everything - medications, alternative therapies, and other modalities of meditation - before he was introduced to Dr Joe's work. Christian attended the Orlando Week Long Advanced Retreat as a last resort to saving his life. By the end of the week, he discovered the key to opening his heart and he found lasting relief and true joy.
Recorded at the Denver Week Long Advanced Retreat in July 2021

I should mention this is one of the most powerful testimonials I have seen. His brother gone. His level of acceptance in grief. Mate I love you. I have been struggling mentally this set me on target again. Thanks for sharing seriously so grateful. Mental health something I’ve always had to deal with all my life and I’m 48. My loved ones is why I’m alive cause the guilt over the pain I would cause them, would keep me focused on staying alive. The love I feel keeps me alive. Just recently the situation of life I’m in got me off track and closed my heart. Your testimonial helped open my heart again. Just listening to you talk opened my heart. Thank you so much.

Imam vise energije, manje me zanima korona i tudja misljenja. Sretno!

Yes. We are our own stumbling block, but of course we don't know it. Unless we see this while healing, it doesn't help much to "know it" because then we just have guilt and are lost with it. We see it when we are strong enough to see it and have compassion for ourselves and eventually others.

Closest story to my own story that I ever watched. I was suffering in severe depression from age 12 til 25, I slept years away, it was the only thing that stopped the pain for a little while. We have to understand and believe that we can be our own miracles.

This is my story too... the sleeping to escape the pain, the guilt about loved ones responses to my death to keep me alive. I am 56, this has been an increasing part of my life since age 13. Anxiety even further back. Counselling bought a little healing, staving off of (ending me)... but nothing has helped me to build healing like Dr Joe's work. I am now able to feel happiness and claim it as mine. 😌

He reminds me of my beloved step-father, who suffered from unimaginable depression as a PhD Clinical Psychologist. Sadly, he suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and died at age 51 years. He deserved better. He had trauma from his mother rejecting him and then later WWII. Thank you, Christian - your suffering will ultimately pay off in helping others.

I feel like I should update - I got a lot of comments ( for me) I don’t expect comments when I comment. This young man really impacted me - he kept me going - I always have had what they call suicidal adeation - actually I’ve had struggles but I don’t think I’ve gone there. It’s weird cause I don’t think it’s apart of my personality now. This guys testimonial is powerful- something listening to him healed me. Thanks by all the people who commented cause it gave me some fortitude I didn’t expect it

I was in my sixties when I realized I suffered from anxiety. I knew I often felt what I thought were high levels of fear or lack of confidence. I would say, what is it I am afraid of? Sometimes I wanted to break things, throw things, punch myself, yell at myself, trying to break what I thought was just a state of being. I felt less than most of my life. Intimidated by everyone and everything. I would try and plow through things, make myself do it, thinking that once I became comfortable or confident doing it, the feeling would go away. It never did. Sometimes it was worse than others. At its worst, I was a bit of a raging lunatic. I really wanted to break things. I would scream at myself and call myself all kinds of terrible things. I wanted to curl up and cry; at its worst, I planned an exit. Then one day, I tried meditating again after years of not meditating, and I found that in a half hour, I could go from level ten to level zero. Then I started doing some research, and I came across Dr. Joe's work. I have all his books now, either in audio or book form and, in some cases, both. I can't say for sure, but I think I might have taken the easy way out without finding this work. Really it is not so easy; in fact, terrifying. At its worst, I would say, this is a permanent solution to a temporary problem, and I would remind myself of how our family felt when one of our loved uncles took his life. Long story short, this work is the most amazing thing. Although I have had some interesting things happen, I have not had a full-blown mystical experience, and I will never stop. I am committed as I know energy affects energy, and much of the pain was caused by my trying to force things to happen. Matter to matter is painful. Over the decades, my body was fully addicted to the survival hormones and hasn't wanted to give them up. But I will prevail. Testimonials like Christians and all the others I have to listen to keep me committed. I was better than I was, and I will keep going until I understand in my body that energy changes the energy and changed energy changes everything. Thanks to Joe, thanks to Christian and all the others. Much Love

Christian - firstly, take a bow for sticking with the work until you got the breakthrough you so badly needed. That’s phenomenal. Secondly, thank you for sharing your story! Unfortunately, mental health still has a dreadful stigma and people like yourself speaking out, showing the raw honesty of the struggle will help others to know they are not alone and help them speak out too. And, thirdly- I am so so so sorry for the loss of your brother. He is beaming down on you now with pride. None of us can save another, no matter how much we want to - it’s work we can only do for ourselves so stay strong and stay in the light of Dr Joe’s work. Bless you, Christian 🙏🏻

Wow! Christian, I am so impressed with your understanding of what happened for you and your acceptance of what happened for your brother. I came from a household with a mother so mentally ill and sadistic that of my parents 4 children, (3 boys and me) I am the only one who "made it out alive!" Two of my brothers are already gone at 58 and 76, not through directly taking their own lives but through never escaping our upbringing. Currently, I am 76 and while I moved to Colorado at 70 and lived 50 years in Manhattan and have lived a rather exciting life, I want more -- and that means that I still need to overcome the residual effects of how were raised. I've been meditating twice a day now for weeks and hope attend a retreat -- financially, if I can I have no doubt that it will extend not just my years but the quality of my remaining years on the planet -- to continue to be a contributor! Christian, YOU will live a life of impact -- I'm sure of that and I'm also sure that you will go on to live out your heart's desire because you finally feel WORTHY! God bless you, Christian, in every way!

Every sitting matters. Consistency is critical. Yes, when you don’t get anywhere in a meditation, something inside you is stirring, even if you can’t feel anything. Never give up. Breakthrough is inevitable, but will come when you expect it least. Don’t expect anything, put all your energy in the process. Pour your heart into it.

I am so thankful for you Christian. I thank you so much for sharing your story. Your story and the story of your brother is and will change so many lives. I tend to think we make soul contracts, and I think you and your brother probably did so together. I also appreciate the way you explained everything with your rational and scientific mind - you especially spoke to me when you described the rate of change of our change and progress. In saying this, you demonstrated the large degree of compassion, self-acceptance and love you have for yourself and you demonstrated for me what all these terms really look like and mean in practice. Thank you!

I am sobbing as I watch this video. I can identify so much with this guy! Emotional pain can be so paralyzing and intense!!! His story has given me much hope. I am doing the work and even "finding" my heart during meditation can be a challenge. I'll keep sitting in meditation and I'll keep doing the work.

You have appeared today after I spent the morning trying to write down about my chronic unhappiness among other things, and how to open my boxed-closed heart toward myself. You have appeared in this 5months ago messages before many many others and I heard you... You have been my syncronicity today. I do thank you for your help, I will listen to you again and again and do my work, and return to you as you are my angel now. I love you, and I do thank you for this amazing testimonial. I wish you all the possible good for your life. Thank you. ❤
