اگر بیٹا اپنے باپ سے پہلے وفات ھو جائے تو کیا اسکی اولاد کو جائداد میں حصہ ملے گا؟

A person leaves a widow, no kids, no parents but has brothers and sisters. He adopted one child. In this context how the assets can be divided as per shariah.

Islam is deen e fitrat...a wifr spendd more then half portion of her life with her husband and often sells her jewellery for his business at times..and dhe had only 1/8

My uncle died, without any children ; his wife died before him ; his parents died before him and his wife. All his brothers and sisters died before my uncle, except my father, who died after him. How his property will be distributed between the heirs of his brothers and sisters. Please guide.

If a mother dies, husband is already dead. She had 3 sons, but 1 son also passed away before the mother did. Now is the grandson a heir to the grandmother, who may get the share of his deceased father.

where did the quran say that the first share should be given to parents and windows? i didnt find it in quran anywhere. if its not mentioned in quran then there is still mathematical error in quran
