When I flew over Iceland coming back from Denmark, I thought the plane flew threw a time warp and we when back to a prehistoric time, what an amazing place and cold as hell in the middle of August.

Stewart, I just stumbled on your channel, great work! You have helped me with so many things I thought I had mastered. One question I have not found a good solution for is how to make sure you keep things in focus without getting the video blur as it re-focusses. What is your strategy? I found that starting with AF, setting the focus, then switching to manual so it does not autofocus when the drone stops. Would love a video on this or even just a short explanation. Thanks

Great video as always. Beautiful shots from my country. I see you went to vík í mýrdal and discovered part of south iceland. I wonder! How long did you stay here on iceland? Can we maybe look forward for more footage from you in iceland? Im that pure amateur guy with the mavic(that i love, handles icelandic weather) and is trying to learn to make good footage look amazing. (Saving up for an final cut pro editor) Love your work! Great shots in Iceland! I will be going there in March next year, so can I ask you a couple of questions? 1. I recently got a spark fly more combo (after much deliberation) but now it might not that powerful a machine for such an incredible place like Iceland. Do you think I should at least make an upgrade to a mavic? 2. Did you use any LUTs for your shots in this video? Thank you! :)

I'm sure you must have shared this already as a response to others' questions, but which specs IMac are you using for editing 4K footage? I'm looking at buying a new machine and it would be great to know what's doing the trick for you. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Hey Mike! We have a 15-inch MacBook Pro (mid 2015) with 2.5 GHz i7 chip, 16GB RAM and a 2GB AMD Radeon video card. At the time it was one of the higher spec Macs if I remember but very much a standard off-the-shelf computer. Absolutely tears through 4K footage and we won't be upgrading anytime soon. Congrats on getting married. You got some super shots - appreciate the input on settings etc. One thing I find annoying - wonder whether it bothers you --- while using the left wheel for gimbal, the record button is very close - all too easy to catch it and interrupt recording! Opinion?

I can't say I've ever experienced that actually. It's a P4 that we use. BTW, we've been married for 5 years. Was out in Iceland filming someone else's wedding!

You know how you say to make sure to press record, can't you just press record on the iPad or iPhone? or are you using an external camera or something...

Totally, you can control it from the phone but I still forget sometimes!
