I have Scleroderma, which has caused extreme tightness, leading to muscle weakness & DHS, I am having PT, & will order one of these collars (have tried the other 2 to no avail, just like u said) it will be a whole new world for me to have my head up, (until I can do it on my own) thank u for this info, since my autoimmune disease is rare, sometimes u have to think way outside the box, but this should help me

Recently i have drop head with aphony for 15 mins. Can't talk and lift my head. I went to ENT doctor and said have clonic spasms on my tongue, right side mainly. I had acdf c5 c6 a year ago and i self catheterise cause of myelopathy for a year now, i bend over to do it. Then I start intense spasms on my right hand and leg. Should i start to sef catheterise sitting? I am scared not being able to talk... i can't get up from bed in the morning without help or from a chair... it is progressing fast and no neurologist can tell me what is wrong
