I write this with tears flowing like a river down my face. My dear son passed away in 2008. It has taken me until now to go through some of his things. I found a note in his tablet that read, "Dropkick Murphys". He didn't write too many things so I was interested in it. I did not know what this was so I googled it.... music. Okay, lets see what this is. I flipped to KZfaq and this was the first Dropkick Murphys song that came up. I hit play. OMG, it's like a message from my son. He was my only child and recently his father left me. I've felt so alone. This was the message that I needed. Coincidence? Maybe. But, I will hold my head a little higher because I feel like I was meant to find this today. Great song by the way. You are now one of my favorite bands.

This song means a lot to me, it gave me courage. I found it last year, I found out I had cancer, my sister had covid, and I had so much else to be afraid of. I would wait for the train to pass and scream the lyrics because it sounds like a prayer I needed the Gods to hear but not the neighbors.
